Mike is the founder of Zuni and has worked in digital marketing for 25 years, heading up agencies in London, Singapore and Australia. He has spent his career helping businesses unlock the potential that digital technology provides to become truly customer-centric.

Mike has extensive experience across retail, healthcare, the motor industry, financial services, entertainment, government and not-for-profit sectors. He works on customer journey mapping, martech and digital strategy projects, bringing a sharp business objective perspective that ensures marketing channels and digital technology decisions deliver optimal, cost-effective outcomes.

Mike runs training and education courses in digital marketing, customer journey mapping and digital transformation at industry bodies including ADMA and FIA, and in educational settings including the University of Sydney and TAFE. He also works as a mentor and long-term digital partner to senior executives guiding their organisations through strategic transformation.

Siena is an excellent Project Manager who works across a range of digital strategy and customer engagement projects at Zuni. Drawing on her degrees in cognitive science, psychology and anthropology, she also leads consumer research work – helping businesses understand the motivations and behaviours that drive their audiences.

PRINCE2 qualified, Siena most recently worked with the State Library of New South Wales on their engagement and CRM programme of work. She continues to wrangle, optimise and deliver high-quality projects at Zuni.

Sharlene brings over 25 years of research and consumer behaviour experience, including senior roles inside two of the world's biggest FMCG companies. She understands firsthand the power of being consumer-centric, and the importance of conducting research within the context of a business's objectives.

Sharlene oversees the research needs of all Zuni projects, applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover the insights and opportunities that allow organisations to connect more meaningfully with their customers – and bring them to the heart of their business.

Her experience spans FMCG, finance, healthcare, industrial, B2B and not-for-profit sectors. Sharlene created and teaches the Insights. Strategy. Action! course for ADMA, and developed the Year 2 Buyer Behaviour module for TAFE NSW's Bachelor of Business.
