The client / agency relationship is usually a tricky one and takes a lot of time on effort on both sides to nourish it properly.   This set of tips to get the best out of your agency is something I nodded along the whole way through. All too of often the downfall of a relationship can definitely be attributed to one of these things and I think until you’ve worked agency side it’s a hard pill to swallow – I’m going to be brave here, the client isn’t always right. And if you are agency side, don’t forget to pull your head out of the clouds every now and again and remember you need to add value to your relationship, you aren’t there just to hand hold with a smile on your face for $180 an hour.
